Foam by Design uses State-of-the-Art technology to transform ideas, drawings, photos and 3d computer files into precision wall mounted signs and letters. Whether your project calls for detailed, 3-Dimensional logo cuts and trademark images, medallions or simple block letters, we will deliver a finished product that captures the detail and brings your creative ideas into reality.

All final production images are made out of 1.5 lb - High Density, expanded polystyrene (EPS) with our standard hard coat base coat. If impact exposure is a concern, we offer our unique, “Armor Core” hard coat protective base coat that offers superior impact resistance.

Where the application specifies HDU, we offer high quality routed signs utilizing 15 lb High Density Urethane at very competitive prices.
